This mud room door needs a shutter over the window.
It will be a fixed shutter with moveable 2.5″ louvers.
The shutter will be constructed from basswood.
Specifically, the shutter will be made from these four American basswood boards.
First the parts are jointed, cut to rough dimension and stickered to acclimate for a bit.
The rough dimensioned parts are then re-jointed and milled to final dimension. More to come…
